The cultural tourism project of Liuyang Hecheng section is a key project in Changsha City, of which the comprehensive project of tourist reception and operation center is located around the Sky Theater in Guankou Street, covering an area of about 146,700 square meters with a total investment of about 130 million yuan.
The sub-project of the cultural tourism project in the Liuyang Hecheng section - the comprehensive project of the tourist reception and operation center (parking lot) is under construction.
It is understood that the project planning includes walking trails, squares, parking lots, water supply and drainage, integrated pipelines, strong and weak electricity, landscape greening, lighting, landscape restaurants, management rooms, public toilets, sentry boxes, wharves and ancillary facilities.
"We have planned and designed 4 parking lots, and at present, the No. 2 parking lot and No. 3 parking lot have been completed and put into use." Zhang Feiyue, deputy director of the engineering management department of Liufa Group (Water Construction Investment), introduced that after the completion of the project, 767 new parking spaces can be added, including 30 bus parking spaces and 279 charging pile parking spaces, "plus 186 parking spaces in the existing earth-covered building parking lot of the Sky Theater, there are 953 parking spaces in the entire area." ”
The interior of the Sky Theatre will also usher in new changes. According to the relevant person in charge of Liufa Group, in 2025, it will focus on promoting the expansion and quality improvement of the Sky Theater area, including the upgrading and transformation of the Liuheban camp and the south and north areas of the fireworks camp, and adding fireworks art stands, viewing wooden houses and other viewing areas, which are expected to add more than 2,000 seats to provide citizens and tourists with a more comfortable "fireworks encounter" experience.
At the same time, the transportation network around the Sky Theater will be further improved, and the construction of Jincheng Avenue widening, protective green belt, Liuyang Hedong Road and other projects will be completed, and Cuiyuan Road, Shuijia Road, Hudong Road and other roads will be connected.
In order to drive the upgrading of the city's quality and promote the development of the cultural tourism industry, Liuyang will also increase the market-oriented investment attraction of the Sky Theater B, build the Jintan Culture, Tourism and Business Comprehensive Area on the other side of the Liuyang River, and build the Sky Theater into a world-class fireworks viewing place and tourist destination.
